Should I Create Another Nusuk Account?
Usually, no.
Creating repeated accounts with different emails may make the problem harder to resolve.
First check whether you previously created an account for:
- an earlier Umrah trip
- a Rawdah booking
- Nusuk Hajj
- another Saudi pilgrimage service
Try the email addresses you normally use before starting a new registration.
Should I Use “Forgot Password”?
Yes.
Nusuk provides an official Forgot Password option on its login pages. A reset link is sent to the registered email address. Nusuk
Check:
Inbox
Spam
Junk folder
If you receive the reset email, use that existing account instead of creating another one.
What If Nusuk Says No Account Exists?
This is where users sometimes get confused: the system may appear to recognise an identity record while you cannot access the account connected to it.
Do not keep changing passport numbers, nationality or personal details just to force registration.
Your identity information should match your real passport and visa details.

You can try basic technical steps such as:
update the app → log out → restart your phone → log back in
But if the error relates to your identity record, reinstalling the app may not solve it.
The important thing is distinguishing an app problem from an account problem.
What If I Need Rawdah Booking Urgently?
Do not buy a Rawdah QR code from another person just because your Nusuk account is not working.
Official Rawdah booking should be managed through Nusuk.
